Balansenøkler er et kurskonsept rettet mot mennesker på vei for å gjenvinne helse og livslyst etter sykdom eller andre store belastninger. Dette 12-ukers kurset er skreddersydd for mennesker med CFS/ME, men passer også for andre med tilstander preget av utmattelse og lav toleranse for trening og aktivitet, som f.eks. fibromyalgi og post-cancer fatigue. Kurset har som formål å sette i gang gode forandringer på den lette og myke måten. Hver kursøkt starter med en kort forelesning, en for hver “balansenøkkel”, for eksempel balansen mellom “gjøre og være”, “innpust og utpust”, “indre og ytre”, “jeg og du” eller “pacing og leading”.
