Balansenøkler II er et kurs for deg som har deltatt på Balansenøkler I. På trinn en er kroppen
utgangspunktet i balansen mellom oppe/nede, foran/bak, innpust/utpust, indre/ytre osv. Trinn to
handler om mentale strategier og øvelser. Vi arbeider også denne gangen
med qigong, meditasjon/avspenning og treningen ledsages som alltid av små forelesninger.
