Velkommen til en helg med mindfulness, meditasjon og qigong. Mindfulness er i tiden, men er ikke nytt, bare et nytt navn på gammel visdom og praksis. Det nye er at det idag forskes på hva mindfulness, meditasjon og oppmerksomt nærvær gjør med oss og med helsen vår. Det er allerede gjordt mye forskning som viser at mindfulness er en god innfallsport til både bedring og stabilisering av ME/CFS, men også et redskap til å leve bedre med sykdommen slik den er, selv i sine dårlige faser.
Dette kurset er skreddersydd for deg som har ME, og passer enten du har vært syk kort eller lenge. Det passer både for deg som er nybegynner og for deg som er godt kjent med meditasjon, qigong og mindfulness fra før. Det passer også for deg som har gått på Meretes kurs Balansenøkler tidligere, og er åpent både for fagpersoner og for pårørende.
